Refund & Return Policy

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Eligible Items
- Items that arrived damaged or defective.
- Items that do not match the product description.
- Items that are the wrong size or variant (if the store offers exchanges).
Non-Eligible Items
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.).
- Personal care items once opened (for hygiene reasons).
- Digital downloads or services already delivered.
- Items marked as "final sale" at time of purchase.
How to Request a Return
- Go to My Orders and find the order.
- Click "Request Return" and select a reason.
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, you will receive return instructions via email.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (mobile money account). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel a pending order within 24 hours of placing it. Processing orders can be cancelled within 2 hours. Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not possible — please use the return process instead.
